Courier Diakité is a logistics and delivery management mobile application built for an African-based courier service to streamline package pickups, route deliveries, and track shipments in real time. The app empowers both drivers and dispatch teams with tools to efficiently manage operations and improve customer satisfaction.
As the lead mobile developer, I designed and developed the app using Flutter, implementing core features such as order assignment, real-time location tracking, route mapping, and delivery confirmation. The app integrates with Google Maps for route optimization and includes role-based access for drivers and admins. I also contributed to backend integration, MVP architecture, and UI design for both Android and iOS platforms.
