Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Gentle IT Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Services
Gentle IT Solutions provides a range of software development and IT consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Custom Web Development
- Mobile Application Development (iOS and Android)
- Cloud Solutions and Infrastructure Management
- UI/UX Design
- IT Consulting and Strategy
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding project requirements.
- Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner.
- Provide necessary access to systems, data, and resources as required for project completion.
- Make payments for services rendered as per the agreed-upon terms and schedule.
Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment for the services, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final, delivered project code and designs specifically created for the client. Gentle IT Solutions retains the rights to:
- Use pre-existing tools, libraries, and non-proprietary code.
- Use project work (non-confidential aspects) for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Standard terms may include:
- An upfront deposit to commence work.
- Milestone-based payments for larger projects.
- Full payment upon project completion and prior to final delivery of assets.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.
Confidentiality
Both Gentle IT Solutions and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Client's business information and trade secrets.
- Project details and unreleased features.
- Any information explicitly marked as confidential.
